At BRR Tires & Automotive, we strive to provide accurate listings and quality products. Please review our return policy carefully before completing your purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the exact same condition as received:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • Unmounted and not driven on
  • In original packaging
  • With tags (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Important Tire Return Policy

All tire sales become final once mounted or installed. No exceptions.

If a tire has been:

  • Mounted
  • Balanced
  • Installed
  • Driven on
  • Bead seated
  • Used in any way

…it is considered used and is not eligible for return or exchange.

You mount it, you own it.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages, Wrong Items, or Shipping Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

  • A verified shipping error on our part
  • An incorrect item sent by BRR Tires & Automotive

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Mounted or installed tires
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Perishable goods

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Request and complete a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) purchases through providers such as Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, or Shop Pay Installments will be refunded through the original provider and may take additional time to appear

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be returned in original, unused, and uninstalled condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.

No Warranty Disclaimer

BRR Tires & Automotive does not provide any express or implied warranties on tires sold. All tires are sold as-is unless otherwise stated.

Any manufacturer warranty, if applicable, is solely between the customer and the tire manufacturer.

BRR Tires & Automotive is not responsible for:

  • Tire failure
  • Road hazard damage
  • Improper installation
  • Improper use
  • Vehicle damage
  • Personal injury related to tire use or road conditions
